ALL ABOUT STYLEThe Style team is passionate about Apparel and Accessories (A&A), brings the energy of style to life with compelling in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery.
They are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room and have resources to provide assistance with outfitting, accessorizing and building the basket to drive top line sales.

The role of a Style Team Leader can provide you with the:
Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture on your team; including styling consultations, personalized shopping techniques and selling tacticsKnowledge of retail business fundamentals including:
department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategiesSkills in planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goalsExperience leading a team of hourly team members; including skills in helping with selecting, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talentAs a Style Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
Model, train and coach expectations to deliver the service standardUnderstand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement; including:
merchandising, pricing workload, transitions, revisions, sales plans, events and promotionsWork a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (this includes early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends)Lead a team of consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate about A&A by staying current on brands, trends and promotionsEnsure your team is ready to engage with all guests by modeling active selling techniques and practicing active selling scenarios to help them grow confidence in their active selling capabilitiesEncourage your team to use the fitting rooms as a way to welcome, inspire and influence guests and as an opportunity to provide personalized recommendations to complete their lookEncourage guests to shop with confidence by creating inspiring visual moments that are merchandised to support seasonal trendsLead apparel backroom processes, organization, layout and replenishment of the salesfloor to ensure product is available for guestsEvaluate and recommend candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric teamLead team onboarding, learning and help close product knowledge and skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactionsEstablish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectationsProvide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guestAlways demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; lead and hold the team accountable to work in the same wayIf applicable, as a key carrier, follow all safe and secure training and processesAddress store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
