Devereux Massachusetts & Rhode Island Program is seeking a Full-Time Executive Assistant at our Rutland, MA location. Devereux provides therapeutic care for children and adolescents along the autism spectrum, I/DD as well as emotional and behavioral disorders. In this position you will assist the Clinical Director and Assistant Executive Director in the administration of the executive office functions. With limited supervision you would perform administrative support, often of a confidential nature, as well as provide support to the members of the Senior Treatment Team and Leadership Team.

Requirements
EDUCATION : High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE : At least five years of progressive senior administrative and/or secretarial experience. Advanced skills in MS-Word, Excel, and other software programs, including graphics, is necessary. Knowledge of Marketing and Development concepts and practices strongly preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
