Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid drivers license Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Sociology, Special Education, Counseling or Psychology preferred One year of supervisory experience in a child behavioral health care agency.
Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred Willingness to be on-call.
Previous experience and knowledge of monitoring and managing fiscal responsibilities of a group home or residential setting.
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate's understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
