Our Trafford group home is located in Rutland, MA and provides students with opportunities to further develop and practice their social, coping, relapse prevention, and independent living skills with support, supervision, and coaching from experienced staff. As the Program Director , you will be responsible forthe overall daily operations of a group home including program development, supervision of residential staff, management of program budget, integration of community opportunities for youth, and assurance of quality of milieu services. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts is located in Rutland, MA and serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. This position is located in RutlandMA and is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Sociology, Special Education, Counseling or Psychology. One year of supervisory experience in a child behavioral health care agency. Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred. Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills. Consistently meets deadlines, ability to prioritize, multi-task and flexibility. Willingness to be on-call. Previous experience and knowlege of monitoring and managing fiscal responsibilities of a group home or residential setting. Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate's understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
